Uniform and gear checklist
- Shin guards (under socks) and cleats

Hydration guide
- Before: drink water during the day; small drink 15–20 min before
- During: sip at breaks; hot days need more
- After: water first; add a snack within 30–60 min
At-home skills (15–20 min)
- Juggling ladder: right, left, alternating
- Dribble cones: inside/outside cuts, sole pulls
- Wall passes: 1-touch and 2-touch (both feet)
- Turns: Cruyff, drag-back, outside hook
Injury protocol and safety
If you’re hurt or feel unwell: tell your coach immediately. MYSC follows our Emergency Action Plan and uses league concussion/cardiac forms in the Forms section.
