Payment Processing
Fees will be charged in two separate transactions, both by GotSport:
- Jamboree or Tournament fee (MYSC)
- $20 non-refundable service fee (GotSport)
Refund Policy
- Before August 1: 100% refund minus the service fee ($20)
- August 2 until August 14: 50% refund minus the service fee ($20)
- After August 14: No refund

- The tournament is sanctioned by US Club Soccer and Washington State Youth Soccer Association.
- US Club Soccer Rules of Competition apply, except where the MukCup rules state otherwise.
- All teams must complete online check-in by Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
- Teams with ineligible players may lose points for games where those players participated.
- Coaches are responsible for knowing the rules and communicating them to players, parents, and team staff.
Check-In Requirements
Teams must check in electronically using Online Check-In.
- Roster must include each player’s name, birthdate, and jersey number.
- Guest players must be clearly identified on the roster.
- A signed club registrar roster is only required when not using a system-generated roster, such as GotSport, StackSports, or SportsEngine.
- Each team must have signed medical release forms for every participating player, including guest players.
- Medical releases must be with the coach on the field for each game.

If a team’s level of play is not listed, contact the tournament director.
Players and Guest Players
- Players must be eligible for the age bracket in which they play.
- Players must be registered through US Club Soccer or an appropriate affiliated organization.
- Any player not listed on the roster at check-in is considered ineligible.
- Teams may have no more than three guest players without prior written authorization from the tournament director.
- Guest players must be the same age or one year younger than the team they are guesting for.
- Guest players may play on only one team in the tournament.
Game Day Basics
- Schedules will be posted online. Coaches should check schedules carefully and close to game time in case of field changes.
- Teams not ready within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time may be required to forfeit.
- U11 to U19 teams need at least seven players to start a game.
- U9 and U10 teams need at least four players to start a game.
- Teams must have matching uniforms. Each player must have a unique, identifiable jersey number.
- Goalkeepers are not required to have matching uniforms or jersey numbers.
- The home team is listed first and must change jerseys if there is a color conflict.
- Game balls will be provided by the tournament.
Game Formats

- There are 5 minutes between halves.
- All games must start on time.
- Referees may adjust game times after a late start to help keep the tournament schedule on track.
- Tournament teams are guaranteed three games, with the possibility of a fourth game if they advance.
- Jamboree teams are guaranteed three games. There are no semifinals, finals, or awards for jamboree teams.
Rules by Age Group
U9 and U10, 7v7
- Build-out line is halfway between the top of the penalty area and the halfway line.
- Offside is enforced at the build-out line.
- No goalkeeper punts or drop kicks. Infractions result in an indirect free kick for the opponent.
- Penalty kick distance is 10 yards.
- Throw-ins follow FIFA rules. No retakes.
- No goal may be scored directly from kickoff.
- No heading during play. Infractions result in an indirect free kick for the opponent.
- Slide tackling is permitted.
U11 and U12, 9v9
- No build-out line.
- Offside is enforced at the halfway line, per FIFA.
- Goalkeeper punts and drop kicks are allowed.
- Penalty kick distance is 10 yards.
- Throw-ins follow FIFA rules. No retakes.
- Goals can be scored directly from kickoff.
- U11 players are not allowed to head the ball during play.
- U12 players are allowed to head the ball during play.
- Slide tackling is permitted.
U13 to U16, 11v11
- Rules conform to US Club Soccer Rules of Competition, except games are two 30-minute halves.
Substitutions, All Ages
- Substitutions may be made with referee consent during any stoppage of play.
- Unlimited substitutes are allowed per substitution.
- Players should enter at the halfway line.
- Substituted players may leave at the nearest boundary line.
Scoring and Tiebreakers
Preliminary Round Scoring
- Win: 6 points
- Tie: 3 points
- Loss: 0 points
- Goals scored: 1 point per goal, up to 3 goals per game
- Shutout: 1 point
- Forfeit: 8 points, recorded as 1-0
Tiebreakers
- Winner of head-to-head competition
- Fewest goals against
- Most goals scored, maximum 3 goals per game plus 1 point per shutout
- Goal differential, goals for minus goals against
- Coin toss
Head coaches or delegates should report scores immediately after each game using the score reporting form.
Championships and Awards
- Each tournament age group, U9 and above, ends with a championship game unless the division format states otherwise.
- Single division groups send the top two teams by points to the championship. Five-team groups play four games, and the highest point total determines champion.
- Two division groups send the top point earner from each division to the championship.
- Three division groups send four teams to semifinals: the three division winners and the second-place team with the most points across all divisions.
- Points from earlier tournament games do not carry into semifinals or championship games.
- Tied semifinals or finals are decided by kicks from the mark.
- Championship and finalist teams receive trophies.

Field Rules
- For field emergencies, call 911, notify a field official, or contact tournament headquarters.
- No alcohol or smoking is allowed at any tournament facility.
- No pets are allowed at tournament facilities during tournament time. Service animals are exempt.
- No propane or electric heaters are allowed at tournament venues.
- Park only in designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or drive onto fields.
- Teams must clean up their sideline after each game.
- Drones are strictly prohibited. Teams using drones may be disqualified.
- Teams and spectators must follow sideline placement rules. Teams are on one sideline, spectators are on the opposite sideline, and no one is allowed near the end line or goal line.
Sportsmanship, Cards, and Protests
- Coaches are responsible for player and sideline behavior.
- Referees must be treated with respect.
- Teams that continually challenge or abuse referees may lose points, become ineligible for awards, or be removed from the tournament.
- Players or coaches sent off with a red card are suspended for at least the next scheduled game.
- A team accumulating four red cards must report to tournament headquarters immediately after the game where the fourth card was received.
- Formal protests must be made by the coach at Kasch Park Tournament Headquarters.
- Only protests involving violations of FIFA Laws of the Game will be considered. Referee judgment calls will not be considered.
- Protests require a completed protest form and a $150 non-refundable fee.
- The Tournament Committee or Judiciary Committee decision is final.
